We ship worldwide and for free. Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 working days from the order date. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

European Union: 3-7 working days

Rest of the world: 5-21 working days 

Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any visible damage or issues immediately to the carrier. Keep your delivery receipt for reference.

If your order has not arrived or there is a discrepancy, please contact us at we@ostartefacts.com within 5 days of the delivery date shown in the tracking information. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
