Refund policy

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. After this period, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.
For exchanges, please contact us in advance to reserve another item.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

European Union
Returns are free of charge. Please contact we@ostartefacts.com before returning your order. A return label will be provided by email.

Outside the European Union
Return shipping costs and any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please contact us to receive the return address.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Orders undeliverable due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned items are received and approved. For security reasons, refunds can only be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds may be adjusted if items are returned damaged or worn.
